Whom is the program for?
The HDC Comprehensive Hockey Program is designed for players who want to constantly improve their hockey skills. This program seamlessly follows on from the HDC Starter Program or the HDC Training-Diagnostic Program and is focused on improving skating technique – specifically skating push and slide. During the training sessions, the emphasis is placed on eliminating deficiencies such as: positioning and stability of the supporting leg, tightening the kicking leg or reducing the internal angle in the knee when skating, moving the center of gravity. The program is also focused on shooting technique. Functional training is also an important part of the program.
