One-day camps aimed at training and correcting the right skating technique to maximize stride, agility and stability . Skating technique can be improved by players of any age after mastering the basic skating technique. In this one-day camp which combines training on treadmills, ice and cross-fit gyms players will improve their skills in:

    correct leg position
    weight transmission
    stride power
    edges work

It is about complex improvement of the skating technique. For age categories 2006-2012.

Program of the day:

  • one training unit on the skating treadmill (20 min)
  • two training units on ice (2x60 min)
  • one training unit in the shooting zone (40 min)
  • one training unit in the hockey gym (40 minut)
  • compensation exercises and stretching
  • individual trainers approach to every player
  • lunch and snacks
  • children are supervised throughout the camp,
